Every section in the conservatory design process has been carefully thought about. This includes a weatherseal forming using a lead flashing trim. This is cemented into the brickwall, unlike with other roof systems. The wall rafter has also been designed with a soak tray to tuck the lead seal into. Not only does this protect from the risk of future stains on the conservatory roof, but also gives a perfectly straight lead trim line.
To make your conservatory complete, Orion Windows use a watertight gasket seal between the glass and frames of the windows and roof. However, the black lines of the gasket can be off-putting to some, therefore we offer the option of specially engineered internal gaskets designed to seal under the frame. This reduces the visible part of the gasket, creating a neater finish around the glass both inside and outside of your brand new conservatory.
There are many different colour options to chose from – including a variety of woodgrain effect finishes. These are equipped with aluminium top caps, because they can withstand higher temperatures. Every detail has been considered to ensure the conservatories are top quality and last for many, many years.
