Orion Windows offer a fully comprehensive 10-year guarantee that covers the PVCu frames, sealed units and installation.

IWA – Independent Warranty Association

For additional peace of mind we offer an optional insurance backed guarantee. This ensures, in the unlikelihood of Orion Windows ceasing trading, that your guarantee will still be valid for the full duration.

The IWA is the leading organisation in the UK to administer a Deposit Protection and Insured Guarantee scheme to consumers within the home improvement market.

The IWA administers the scheme underwritten by Lloyds of London.
Subject to the Terms & Conditions on the certificate your guarantee will be insured for TEN YEARS.

The IWA also carry out random customer surveys on the quality of our work and we currently have a satisfaction rate of over 96% which is considered exceptional.

Accreditations



Orion Windows is a FENSA registered installer. FENSA membership confirms a member’s agreement to comply with building regulations applying to the thermal insulation of window and door installations.
Orion Windows not only comply to FENSA standards but also strive to improve on them offering our customers the best possible quality in regards to products and service.

Orion windows have gained recognition for exceptional design and installation by leading conservatory roof manufacturers Ultraframe.

In 2004 Orion windows were awarded winner of the small Victorian category for outstanding work.

Better Homes



Orion Windows have had the pleasure of working on ITV1’s “Better Homes”, presented by Carol Vorderman.

As part of a ‘property makeover’ we supplied and installed PVCu windows and doors to a home in Scarborough which dramatically increased the value of the property as well as improving its thermal efficiency.

Both the production company and the home owners were thrilled with the installation commenting on the ‘exceptional quality’ of our products as well as our ‘uncompromising customer service’.
