SURVEYING
Every installation begins with an accurate and thorough survey. A member of the Orion surveying team will check your property and record all the dimensions and pass these across for manufacturing.
As well as confirming the dimensions of any windows and doors, they’ll check that the structural openings are in good condition and ensure that the chosen designs are suitable for your property.
CARE & ATTENTION
To ensure our fitting teams will take great care with your home and work with you to move and protect your property and valuables.
Once the work has been completed, they’ll move everything back to its right place and leave your home as they found it, clearing up and mess and debris made along the way.
FITTING
To begin, your existing frames (including any old sealant and debris) will be carefully removed. As a company committed to green practices, we’ll recycle everything where we can.
At this point, your installation can begin. Your new frames will be put into place and then secured.
GLAZING
Next, your glazed units will be fitting. Once they are in place, beading will be added. If any trims are required, these will be measured and fitted too.
With everything in place, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned of dirt and grit before sealant is applied to secure your new frames in place.
EXPERT FINISH
To complete the installation, the Orion fitting team will clean everything down once more before applying a final silicone beat to ensure an immaculate, water-tight finish.
Then, with everything signed off, you can admire your windows!
