Project Survey
An Orion Windows survey team will visit your home to take measurements and ensure that the required work can proceed. They’ll also check over your design and be on hand to discuss any potential changes.
If planning permission is required, they’ll also collate the relevant details needed to for the application.
Planning Permission & Building Regulations
Your dedicated surveyor will complete your planning application form and submit this, along with all necessary documents, to your local council for approval.
Normally, it can take anywhere up to 10 weeks for the application to be processed. We will be in touch once we have had confirmation through
Schedule of Works
Orion will assign a schedule of works for the project and coordinate all the builders and fitting teams on your behalf.
Prior to any work beginning, we’ll check with you regarding access to power and water, as well as general access to and from your property.
Building, Installation & Fitting
For projects that involve brickwork, your Orion team will be in contact do discuss brick matching.
Once the building work is completed, your frames and/or roof will be installed.
Remember, during the entire process Orion will manage all the various tradespeople involved in your home improvement project. So you can sit back and relax, comfortable in the knowledge that everything is taken care of.
Finishing
Once the work has been completed, we’ll ensure that you’re happy with your new space and set out a timetable to rectify any minor snagging.
Then, you’re free to enjoy your brand-new living space for years to come!
