Merry Christmas And A Thank You From Orion Windows
We’re just days away from Christmas now and the New Year is fast on the horizon, which has got us thinking about 2019, our 30th anniversary in business, and how much of a success it has been for Orion Windows.
Because of the uncertainty caused by Brexit, we did wonder whether interest in our windows, doors and conservatories would be lower than normal, but that thankfully hasn’t been the case.
Customers have kept on coming to us and pressed ahead with their home improvement plans and were extremely grateful for that.
Sales have remained strong and the volume of visitors to our York showroom has been phenomenally high.
Our aim now is to carry this success into 2020 and give people even more of a reason to do business with us.
Come the New Year, Orion plans to roll out more fantastic products and will be doing everything possible to enhance our service offering.
We already have a customer recommendation rate of 99.3%, but until we accomplish perfection, we won’t be satisfied.
None of the success we have enjoyed this year would have been possible without two groups of hugely important people – our staff, and our customers.
The relentless hard work and dedication shown by our staff has been pivotal, as has the support given to us by customers from throughout Yorkshire.
We want to thank you all for that and wish you a very Merry Christmas.
